Agile Program Manager

Agile Program Manager Duration: 6-24 months Location: Glendale, CA; Burbank, CA OR Orlando, FL Compensation: $80.00 - 90.00/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in US Summary Responsible for the management, coordination, and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Required 5-8+ years Program/Portfolio management background (comfortable with cross‑functional complexity) Strong organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills Understands data and performance measurement concepts (doesn't need to be a data engineer, but must speak the language and understand data engineering and analytics lifecycles) Strong Agile experience (scrum‑of‑scrums, dependency management, incremental planning) Strong communicator – someone who can drive accountability without hierarchy Tech fluent – comfortable working in Jira, Airtable, Power BI, and Snowflake dashboards Ideally operates one step ahead, anticipating collisions and surfacing decisions early One or more of the following certifications or relevant experience: SAFe Agilist (SA)/Program Consultant (SPC) Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM) PMI-ACP The position sits at a hybrid level Execution‑facing (team‑level delivery oversight) Program‑level oversight (cross‑workstream coordination and reporting) Key Responsibilities Discussed Act as a delivery lead for day‑to‑day agile team execution Provide program‑level oversight across multiple workstreams Manage: Labor forecasting and budget reconciliation (true‑ups) Weekly program status reporting Program health tracking (risks, progress vs. plan) Translate resource utilization into budget adjustments and planning decisions Top Required Skills (Must‑Haves) Program Management experience (beyond project‑level execution) Strong Agile background (team follows Agile and will remain so) Technical understanding, specifically: Familiarity with data engineering / data architecture ecosystems Exposure to tools like Power BI or Tableau Ability to understand both custom-built and vendor applications Additional Clarifications Not focused on: Network infrastructure Pure software development Emphasis is on: Data‑centric environments Understanding how systems and data platforms function together Required Education BS in Business Analytics, BIS/MIS, Business Tech Mgmt Equal Employment Opportunity INSPYR Solutions provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
