A respected Southern California law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney (6-10+ years) to join its growing litigation practice in Irvine, CA .

This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys taking ownership of cases, wants meaningful courtroom exposure, and is looking for a long-term home with a stable firm known for its strong culture and low turnover.

✔ Manage cases from inception through resolution
✔ Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials
✔ Serve in a first-chair capacity when appropriate
✔ Work on employment, shareholder, contract, real estate, healthcare, and other business disputes
✔ Collaborate directly with an experienced trial attorney and litigation leader

✅ 6-10+ years of litigation experience
✅ Real trial experience required
✅ Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
✅ Strong writing, advocacy, and client-facing skills
✅ Former DA, Public Defender, AG, or experienced civil litigator backgrounds welcome

Compensation & Benefits: $175K-$250K base salary+ bonus
