As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Practice Manager to help lead our team, drive business performance, and ensure an outstanding experience for both clients and employees.

Position Summary

The Practice Manager serves as the operational leader of the practice, responsible for overseeing staff performance, client experience, provider scheduling, sales accountability, operational efficiency, inventory management, and business reporting. This role works closely with ownership to ensure the practice operates at the highest level while fostering a positive and high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, decisive leader, and hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance people, performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

● Lead, coach, and develop front desk, sales, and clinical support teams

● Conduct regular performance discussions and accountability meetings

● Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development

● Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional client service

Operations Management

● Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency

● Manage provider schedules and staffing coverage

● Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements

● Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Business Performance

● Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

● Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, memberships, retention, and revenue trends

● Develop action plans to improve operational and financial performance

● Partner with ownership to execute growth initiatives and business strategies

Client Experience

● Ensure exceptional client service and patient satisfaction

● Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and effectively

● Monitor online reputation and customer feedback

Inventory & Financial Oversight

● Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls

● Assist with budgeting and expense management

● Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation

Qualifications Required

● 3+ years of leadership or management experience

● Proven experience managing teams and driving accountability

● Strong organizational and communication skills

● Experience with performance metrics and business reporting

● Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

● Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare, dental, wellness, hospitality, or multi-unit operations

● Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Clinic Manager, or Medical Office Manager experience

● Experience managing revenue goals, KPIs, and client service teams
