Job Title: Inventory/Material/Distribution Control III
Location: Pasadena, CA 9109
Duration: 10 Months (possible extension/conversion)
Pay Rate: $26.45/hr - $48.2/hr
Role Summary
Looking for a hands-on Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day material tracking and inventory control. This is a full time contractor role focused on keeping inventory accurate, organized, and available for operations.
What You’ll Do
- Track and manage inventory for parts and materials
- Perform cycle counts and basic inventory audits
- Maintain accurate records (including serial numbers / batch tracking if applicable)
- Support material staging, stocking, and organization
- Coordinate with team members on part availability and shortages
- Flag and help resolve inventory discrepancies quickly
What We Need
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling
- Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the work area
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
- Basic experience with inventory systems or spreadsheets
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments
- Familiarity with government/regulated environments (e.g., FAR, including FAR 52.244-1)
