Quick Facts Location: Olympia, WA Start Date: 07/22/2026 Duration: Ongoing (full-time preferred) Shift: 24-hour call (); scheduled clinic and OR days Hours/Week: Approximately 10-12 days/month plus call Employment Type: Locum/Full-time Licenses/Certs: Valid medical license in Washington; Board Certified/Eligible in Urology Experience: Minimum 2+ years in urology practice recommended Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate: $1.00/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide on-call urology coverage, primarily between , with APP back-up support Manage clinic appointments, including outpatient evaluations and treatments Assist with scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and urinary procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards What You Need Valid medical license in Washington State Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Proven experience in urology, preferably with outpatient and inpatient procedures Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during call hours Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a highly regarded healthcare network at a leading facility in Olympia, WA, providing essential urology services with a team dedicated to excellence.
