Additional Details:

• Seeking providers with urology surgical skills.
• Looking to add 1 2 locum providers to assist primarily with call coverage.
• Coverage need is 1 week per month , with 3 4 consecutive 24-hour call shifts during that week.
• Additional call shifts may be available if the provider is comfortable with the census.
• Average callback is 4 5 hours daily (may vary depending on patient volume).

Requirements:

• Board Certified ONLY
• Active Washington License or IMLC
• DEA Required
