Additional Details:
- Seeking providers with urology surgical skills.
- Looking to add 1 2 locum providers to assist primarily with call coverage.
- Coverage need is 1 week per month , with 3 4 consecutive 24-hour call shifts during that week.
- Additional call shifts may be available if the provider is comfortable with the census.
- Average callback is 4 5 hours daily (may vary depending on patient volume).

- Board Certified ONLY
- Active Washington License or IMLC
