Urology Physician

Job Responsibilities - Provide expert urology surgical care during on-call hours.- Handle a typical patient encounter volume of 15 per shift.- Manage emergency cases and perform necessary procedures within urology specialty.- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications - Board Certified in Urology- Active medical license or eligibility for IMLC- Must hold a current DEA certification- Advanced certification in BLS, preferred experience in specific urology procedures

Working Hours - 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM- Coverage includes approximately 4-5 hours of callbacks per day

Skills - Proficiency in general urology- Experience with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) preferred- Familiarity with renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, and incontinence procedures- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
