About the Role The Compliance Specialist I plays a key role in supporting New Freedom’s compliance and regulatory efforts by helping ensure our programs operate with accuracy, integrity, and alignment to required standards. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role that partners closely with the Quality & Compliance Director and internal teams to support audits, licensing readiness, documentation, and ongoing compliance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced environment , takes ownership of their work, and values precision, organization, and follow‑through. Preferred Bachelor’s or better in Business Administration or related field.
