Arena Homes is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our growing sales team as Field Sales Canvassing Representatives. ABOUT ARENA HOMES

Arena Homes is a Utah homebuilder specializing in steel-framed accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and attainable new homes. We are reinventing the traditional homebuilding process with faster construction, fixed pricing, and an innovative approach to residential construction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Field Sales Canvassing Representative, your job is to start conversations with homeowners and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

You will:

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods door-to-door

• Introduce homeowners to Arena Homes and our ADU options

• Ask questions to determine interest and basic qualification

• Educate homeowners on potential uses for an ADU, including rental income, multigenerational living, home offices, and additional living space

• Collect accurate contact information from interested homeowners

• Schedule qualified appointments for Arena sales consultants

• Track leads and activity in Arena’s sales system

• Follow provided scripts, training, and sales processes

• Represent Arena Homes professionally in the community

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

No previous sales experience is required. We will train the right people.

You should be:

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people

• Friendly, confident, coachable, and dependable

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Willing to learn sales, prospecting, and communication skills

• Able to handle rejection and move quickly to the next conversation

• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earning opportunities

• Able to reliably travel to assigned neighborhoods

We provide sales training, scripts, ongoing coaching, marketing materials, and support from experienced sales professionals.

SCHEDULE

Flexible, part-time scheduling designed to work well around school and other commitments. Representatives will primarily work during hours when homeowners are most likely to be available.

COMPENSATION

Performance-based compensation with earning potential tied to results. Full compensation structure will be reviewed with candidates during the interview process.

LOCATION

In-person field sales throughout Utah County and surrounding areas.
