Shipper and Receiver - Groveland, MA

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy staying active on the job? We’re looking for a Shipper & Receiver to join our warehouse team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be essential to ensuring materials and products move efficiently through our warehouse:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and equipment with accuracy
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and documentation
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including scheduling carriers and preparing documents
• Safely operate pallet jacks (and forklifts, if certified) to move and organize materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easy to navigate
• Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time order fulfillment

We’re looking for dependable team players who take pride in their work:

• 2+ years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and inventory tracking
• Experience with pallet jacks and material handling
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Bonus Points For:

• Forklift certification or forklift experience
• Experience with warehouse management systems

• Shift Options:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Setting: Clean, organized industrial warehouse
• Environment: Active, hands-on, with regular movement throughout the shift
• Dress Code: Steel-toed boots and jeans (company-provided jacket included)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
