About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist / Per Diem to join our rehabilitation team. As an integral member of our care team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help our residents achieve their unique goals. Your expertise will be essential in guiding our residents through the rehabilitation process, empowering them to regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals and objectives
• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, therapies, and adaptations to promote independence and functional abilities
• Collaborate with other members of the care team, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Current OT licensure in the state of Florida
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs
