You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:Providing individualized and group therapyImplementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $80,000-$90,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pmLocation: 3319 N.
