Client Service Representative | Entry-Level | Customer Engagement

We’re hiring  Entry-Level Client Service Representatives to support client programs, customer engagement initiatives, community events, and promotional campaigns.

This opportunity is ideal for  recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals who want to gain practical experience in client relations, communication, customer service, and business development.

No previous client service experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and community members
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about client programs and services
• Represent clients and partner organizations at events and community activities
• Support customer engagement, outreach, and promotional initiatives
• Listen to customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions
• Gather feedback and communicate customer insights to team leaders
• Assist with event setup, registration, materials, and onsite activities
• Maintain a positive experience throughout each customer interaction
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
