Essential Duties and Functions Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple small business clients Manage monthly accounting including journal entries and month-end reconciliations Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports Collaborate with business owners to provide financial insights and recommendations Ensure compliance with financial policies and deadlines Qualifications Associate's degree in accounting or a related field 2‑5+ years of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts Our client offers a supportive environment where you’ll play a crucial role in helping small businesses succeed.
