Seeking experienced MIG Welders who enjoy building quality products and taking pride in their work. This role offers hands-on welding and fabrication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth.
Available Shifts
1st Shift- Monday-Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Overtime available
2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday (4:20 PM - 2:50 AM)
Training completed on 1st Shift
Weekend Shift (10% shift differential)
Friday-Sunday
Job Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components
- Perform Pulse MIG welding on production assemblies
- Build welded structures and fabricated products
- Measure, inspect, and verify finished work
- Operate robotic welding equipment and perform touch-up welding as needed
- Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience
- Pulse MIG experience preferred
- Blueprint reading skills
- Fabrication, fitting, and layout experience
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- TIG welding experience or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $25.00/hr.
