  • Base pay + uncapped commission  
  • Average reps: $80K–$120K+  
  • Top performers clear even more

You’ll be working with  qualified customers from our key partnerships who already have interest .  

Your role is to  build trust, guide the conversation, and close .  

 

No sales experience?  No problem .

Our inside sales team works directly within those partnerships. So instead of chasing leads,  you’re connecting with clients who are already in the buying process—whether  that’s setting up a new home, activating services, or exploring upgrades.  

From there,  it’s more of a concierge-style experience.  You’re helping guide them through different options, making recommendations, and  ultimately advising what makes the most sense for their home.
