Lead lively evening campfire programs for up to 240 students—bringing the fun through music, interactive songs/chants, and skits—while also facilitating daily activities and meals. Mentor and supervise 5th–6th graders and high school cabin leaders, helping build a positive, inclusive school community. This is a residential role with overnight, on‑call responsibilities to ensure student safety and support. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Responsibilities Lead evening campfire programs and activities for up to 240 students. Facilitate daily activities, meals, and transition between activities. Mentor and supervise 5th–6th grade students and high school cabin leaders. Ensure student safety during overnight shifts and provide on‑call support. Qualifications High‑energy, creative leader with experience working with students. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Availability for three overnight shifts per week: Tuesday 4:30 pm–Wednesday 9:30 am, Wednesday 8:30 pm–Thursday 9:30 am, Thursday 4:30 pm–Friday 9:00 am. Ability to work up to 42.5 hours per week, including overtime after 40 hours. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Salary & Benefits Hourly rate $16.90 – $17.75 regular time; $25.35 – $26.23 overtime. Weekly pay $752.05 – $788.69 (with overtime). 2.5 % bilingual stipend; 5 % biliterate stipend. Single‑only dental and vision benefits. Dinner and breakfast provided; room and board provided only during work shifts. Classified temporary position; sick days accrued; holiday pay not available.
