We believe in investing in our people, promoting from within, and offering real opportunities for career growth.As a District Manager, you will oversee 8–12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. You'll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and upholds our customer service and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvementLead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staffDrive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metricsEnsure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customersManage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional mannerOversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all storesCoach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progressionWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experienceStrong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirableDemonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teamsExcellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrityProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google SuiteComfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groupsAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressureWillingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as neededValid in-state driver's license and insurability under company vehicle policyBenefits & PerksCompetitive base salary: $115K–$120K annually, plus monthly bonusesExcellent opportunities for career advancementPaid vacation and holidaysMedical, dental, and life insuranceVision, voluntary life, and accident insurance available401(k) with company matchEmployee discounts and perksFor 50+ years, Big Brand has been the trusted name in tires and auto repair.
