Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying customer needs, organizing, defining (business requirements) and prioritizing demand, aligning to recurring Workday release schedule, and ensuring customer needs to effectively represented in Workday platform functionality.
• Understand, validate and document product high-level requirements, to position Workday in meeting the needs. In coordination and collaboration with the business teams, guide and report on the delivery schedule and assist in clearing impediments, as necessary. Coordinates release with all levels and teams, collaborating and driving to a final decision. Effectively organizes and drives execution of agreed upon scope and deliverables.

• Ensure delivery of the product.
• Clears project impediments.
• Escalates project impediments as appropriate.
• Creates progress reports on Product Delivery.
• Tracks/Drives Risks & Risk Mitigation.
• Keep the business engaged and informed.
• Works with business leadership to clear risks and impediments.
• Builds relationships with business peers.
• Reports Product Progress.
• Highlights opportunities for business process improvement.
• Recurring performance reporting.
• Performance monitoring and reporting.
• Identify and track relevant performance reporting.
• Measure value realization associated with Workday.
