As our next Technical Recruiter, you’ll connect amazing engineering and technician candidates throughout the US with career-changing opportunities, both long-term temporary and direct hire, across the automotive industry and beyond. You’ll work remotely 90% of the time and head onsite when it counts: the flexibility of home with the energy of face-to-face connection. This is a salaried opportunity with unlimited monthly commission potential. What You’ll Do: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team and clients to tackle their toughest hiring needs Hunt down, screen, and interview top automotive engineers and technicians Check references and submit polished resumes Schedule interviews and gather feedback Extend offers, celebrate start dates, and make onboarding seamless What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience 1-3 years of Engineering/Technician recruiting, ideally automotive Savvy with job boards, advanced search, and Microsoft Office Local to Metro Detroit for occasional onsite visits An energetic, relationship‑building self‑starter who thrives remotely and loves a winning team #J-18808-Ljbffr Advantage Technical
