The Opportunity
Are you a talented Tax Manager feeling stuck in a rigid hierarchy? We are looking for our next firm leader. This is not just a job; it is a direct pipeline to Partner. You will immediately manage an established portfolio of trust and estate clients, working closely with the current partners to transition these relationships over time.
What You Will Do
- Lead Trust & Estate Practice: Oversee complex tax planning, compliance, and consulting for Forms 1041, 706, 709, and complex 1040s.
- Client Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, family offices, and estate attorneys.
- Review & Mentor: Review fiduciary accounting and tax returns while mentoring junior staff.
- Strategic Growth: Participate in firm management and strategic decision-making as you transition into a partner role.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a heavy focus on fiduciary, trust, and estate taxation.
- Current Leadership: You must currently hold a Tax Manager position and be ready to step into a succession-track role.
- Credentials: A licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) is a significant advantage.
- Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help shape the future of a growing firm.

Base Salary: $130,000-$200,000
