This unique hybrid position offers the opportunity to combine outpatient primary care with both outpatient and inpatient Infectious Diseases practice in a collaborative, community-based health system.This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients while maintaining an active Infectious Disease practice.
