Senior Associate, Corporate Development (M&A / Financial Analyst) Broadstaff – Hiring on behalf of a Data Center Client; Dallas, TX (Onsite – Relocation Available); Full-Time. About the Opportunity Broadstaff is partnering with a rapidly growing data center platform to hire a Senior Associate, Corporate Development. What You’ll Do M&A / Deal Execution (50–60%) Underwrite acquisitions of data center and real estate assets Build and maintain financial models (valuation, IRR, cash flow analysis) Analyze financial statements and assess investment performance Support due diligence, including coordination with internal teams and external advisors Assist with transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing Corporate Development & Strategy (40–50%) Support post‑acquisition integration and performance tracking Analyze business operations and identify value creation opportunities Conduct industry and market research to inform growth strategy Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and expansion planning Financial & Operational Analysis Provide ongoing financial insights and reporting Support forecasting and internal decision‑making Evaluate performance across assets and portfolio investments What We’re Looking For Required Experience 2–5 years of experience in: Accounting (Big firm experience strongly preferred) Transaction Advisory / M&A consulting Corporate finance or financial analysis Core Skills Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (critical) Deep understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Preferred Background Experience supporting M&A transactions or due diligence CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus Exposure to investment banking or private equity is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ (flexible based on experience) Bonus: Performance‑based Opportunity for rapid career progression and deal exposure Relocation assistance available Why This Role Stands Out Work directly on live acquisitions and strategic transactions Gain both deal experience and operational exposure Clear path toward investment banking, private equity, or senior corporate development roles Join a company in a high‑growth, high‑demand industry (data centers / AI infrastructure) Location Requirement Onsite in Dallas, TX (Farmers Branch area) Relocation assistance available Remote work is not available for this role #J-18808-Ljbffr Broadstaff
