Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Pay Rate: $55/hour Location: Crisis Response Team – City of Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Schedule: 12 hours day shifts; Thursday to Friday with alternating Wednesdays Reliable Health Care Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support the Crisis Response Team (CRT) at Las Vegas Fire & Rescue. This role responds to behavioral health-related 911 calls and provides field-based clinical assessment, stabilization, and linkage to care resources. Work is collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven. This is a field-based role embedded with EMS partners. You'll be stationed at a firehouse and ride along with contracted EMS teams, delivering crisis support and assessments on the scene. Note: This is a contracted role through Reliable Health Care and not a direct hire with the City of Las Vegas or Las Vegas Fire & Rescue.Key Responsibilities:Respond to behavioral/psychiatric 911 calls alongside EMS personnelConduct field-based psychosocial and clinical assessmentsSupport development and execution of care and discharge plansProvide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilizationCoordinate with LVFR, LVMPD, case managers, and community programsParticipate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary meetingsDocument clinical encounters in electronic medical systemsProvide referrals and warm handoffs to community support servicesAssist with complex case needs as a senior clinical resourceMinimum Qualifications:Active Nevada LCSW or LISW license in good standingCPR/BLS certificationMinimum two years of clinical experience post LCSW licensure and experience in community clinics with crisis work with serious mental illness or inpatient psych hospitalsFamiliarity with Nevada Legal Hold processesAbility to assess psychiatric and social needs in field environmentsExperience maintaining detailed electronic clinical documentationAbility to maintain extended time riding in emergency response vehiclesAbility to frequently walk, stand and kneel in a community settingBenefits:W-2 PositionHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance (for full-time employees)Paid Time Off (PTO) with annual increasesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Annual CEU/Professional Development reimbursementsand more!!About Reliable Health Care Services: Since 1991, Reliable Health Care Services has been supplying the private sector and government with highly qualified medical personnel.
