You'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of work across markets including: Multifamily & Mixed-Use Life Sciences Higher Education Corporate & Commercial Interiors Senior Living & Hospitality Projects range from complex renovations to large-scale ground-up developments, giving you exposure to some of the most interesting work happening across Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. What you'll be doing Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field operations Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders What we're looking for 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects Strong financial, scheduling, and client management skills Experience within commercial, multifamily, healthcare, institutional, life sciences, or similar markets Someone looking for a long-term home rather than their next project What's offered Performance bonus Vehicle allowance Excellent healthcare and retirement benefits Generous PTO Clear progression into Senior Project Manager and leadership positions Long-term project stability with one of New England's most respected construction teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
