The schedule we are looking to fill is Wednesday 8:00am - 2:00pm (Fair Lawn Office) and Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (Denville). All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.General Description of PositionThe Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will assist the Physician, Anesthesiologist, or Technologist in providing quality, professional, and knowledgeable medical care to their patients. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty mentioned. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTriage patients and prepare them for exam. Organize and research patient records as needed for daily patient schedule. Treat and care for patients within scope of state medical guideline.Assist Technologist with patient care, treatment and education.Assist Technologist with any adverse reactions a patient might experience with contrast injections (Shortness of breath, Rash).Document in patients' medical record as needed with regards to treatment and progress notes.Perform diagnostic procedures as trained and administer injections. Pre and post procedure teaching.
