Global People Analytics & Compensation Lead

Formlabs is seeking a People Analytics & Compensation Manager in Boston to lead the design and maintenance of a global compensation system and to build a robust people analytics function. You will partner with Finance and People Business Partners to align compensation with business strategy and cost forecasting, while delivering trusted insights to the board. You will own the scorecard and engagement metrics, and drive analytics projects across recruiting and retention to support scalable growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Formlabs
