Supply Chain Management

Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after completion of training) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the Aerospace business. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop effective corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes. Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) reports and related planning tools. Utilize SAP to analyze supply chain data, track project milestones, and support operational decision‑making. Develop project tracking mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and progress. Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership. Support problem‑solving activities and facilitate cross‑functional alignment to resolve operational challenges. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline. Strong SAP experience with the ability to analyze and manage supply chain data. Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) reports. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Data analysis and reporting Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience. Experience leading cross‑functional project teams. Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics. Continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
