Specific duties include:
- working collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility,
- developing and implementing nursing practices to ensure high quality care,
- overseeing regulatory compliance, including
- patient care and resident rights
- nursing practices
- staffing and employee development
- budget
Schedule Details:
- full-time, days
Required Qualifications:
- current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
- knowledge of State and Federal regulations
