Why you'll love being part of our CCRES Business Office team: Work alongside talented, caring individuals who are driven by a strong work ethic, a supportive culture, and a passion for helping others succeed We are committed to Respecting, Appreciating, and Valuing our colleagues, staff, and partners Hybrid work environment SUMMARY: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Location: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA Salary Range: $61,600 - $64,600 (based on years of experience) To thrive in this position, you will: Manage payroll and related activities with precision Ensure timely submission of payroll Adhere to both verbal and written guidance while proposing enhancements to payroll processes Revise working instructions and payroll standard operating procedures as necessary Make informed payroll decisions independently and seek input as needed Stay updated on evolving guidelines, regulations, and laws set forth by agencies including, but not limited to, the Internal Revenue Service, Medical Assistance, the Department of Human Services, various managed care organizations, and local government entities Handle payroll-related functions with confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FERPA regulations Assist business office to perform other duties that may include data entry, reporting, compliance, and bookkeeping Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related area - preferred EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of payroll experience Associate's Degree: 4-5 years of payroll experience High School Diploma or equivalent: 5-7 years of payroll experience Proficiency with excel and payroll systems CREDENTIALS: (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts CCRES paid clearances Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Summer flex schedule Hybrid work environment Employer paid: individual medical plan, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Dental, vision, and other supplemental benefits: Life insurance, short-term disability, accidental, critical illness, hospital indemnity, Norton Life Lock identity protection 403 (b) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 3% employer match Tuition discounts through educational partnerships Milestone service awards ABOUT CCRES: As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is an organization of dedicated and highly-trained staff members who provide quality services to schools, children, adults, and families.
