Supervisor de Base

Para ayudar a crear rutas para pacientes de nuestros centros médicos. El supervisor base será responsable de utilizar el software EMR/TRIP 2 en el proceso de enrutamiento/ programación. El puesto requiere que la persona pueda adaptarse a cambios de última hora y trabajar con los conductores para programar recogidas de emergencia para pacientes nuevos o establecidos. Calificaciones Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o GED. Capaz de trabajar en un horario flexible. Sólido conocimiento de las carreteras y las áreas inmediatas. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo en situaciones de alta presión. Las habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral son esenciales. Desarrollar rutas de recogida y entrega de pacientes. Colaborar con el personal de los centros médicos para gestionar las rutas diarias que se adapten a las necesidades de los pacientes. Actuar como enlace de comunicación con los conductores en la carretera. Cultivar relaciones sólidas con los conductores y los pacientes para reducir el estrés que proviene de los cambios de horario de último minuto. Monitorea cualquier cambio repentino en la ruta o problemas en la carretera y trabaja con los conductores para establecer recogidas y entregas oportunas. Inspeccione los vehículos de la empresa constantemente. Monitorear las horas extras del conductor. Comuníquese con el director de transporte sobre cualquier incidente que ocurra. #J-18808-Ljbffr Las Mercedes Management
