Responsabilidades El Supervisor de Servicios es responsable de liderar y ejecutar las operaciones técnicas, mecánicas y de mantenimiento de la comunidad. Este rol asegura que todas las áreas interiores y exteriores —incluidos edificios, terrenos, servicios y espacios comunes— se mantengan a los más altos estándares de limpieza, seguridad, apariencia y funcionalidad. El Supervisor de Servicios juega un papel clave en la entrega de una experiencia de vida superior al supervisar al personal de mantenimiento, coordinar las solicitudes de servicio y mantener los estándares de la empresa y regulatorios. Mantiene un inventario adecuado de piezas de repuesto y materiales de mantenimiento y trabaja con el Gerente de la Comunidad para pedir suministros y herramientas según sea necesario para mantenerse dentro de las directrices presupuestarias. Completa los procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo mensuales tal como se detalla en el Manual de Políticas y Procedimientos. Apoya los programas de reducción de costos y control de gastos reparando en lugar de reemplazando piezas siempre que sea posible, no siendo derrochador con materiales y suministros, y practicando el uso correcto de herramientas y equipos. Realiza reuniones de seguridad de Greystar programadas regularmente, asegura que todas las hojas de MSDS estén actualizadas y fácilmente accesibles, y se mantiene al día con todas las leyes y requisitos de seguridad relacionados con la OSHA para garantizar el cumplimiento de la comunidad. Demuestra habilidades de servicio al cliente al tratar a los residentes y otros con respeto, responder preguntas del equipo y de los residentes, responder de manera sensible a las quejas sobre los servicios de mantenimiento, y asignar órdenes de trabajo con eficiencia y urgencia. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
