What You'll Be Doing
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and medical procedures
- Conduct routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and administering injections
- Perform basic diagnostic tests and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure a clean, organized environment for patient care
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries with empathy
What We Need To See
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- At least 1 year of experience in an urgent care or similar healthcare environment
