Salesperson/Store Driver Store 8636

Salesperson / Store Driver Entry level position supporting DIY customers and commercial parts delivery. The role involves providing excellent sales experience, performing DIY services, managing inventory, and delivering parts. The position may be part time or full time and requires fleet safety certification. Primary Responsibilities – Salesperson Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls. Achieve personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales objectives. Perform DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installations, etc. Maintain store product and operational standards. Execute inventory processes such as truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, shoot outs, and back stock management. Secondary Responsibilities – Salesperson Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. General stocking including truck stocking and back stock. Safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Primary Responsibilities – Store Driver Safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Pick and stage parts for customer orders. Pick up returns and cores. Drop off weekly and monthly sales flyer. Daily collection of credit accounts. Secondary Responsibilities – Store Driver Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. General stocking including truck stocking and back stock. Success Factors – Salesperson Basic driving and navigation ability. Ability to use delivery board system. Friendly communication. Ability to locate and stock parts. Safety knowledge and skills. Essential Job Skills – Salesperson Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals. Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed. Prior Experience – Salesperson 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences. Prior Experience – Store Driver Automotive parts experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be fleet safety certified. Physical Demands Walking or standing predominantly; talk and hear, hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required. Compensation Range

17.55 USD PER HOUR - 18.65 USD PER HOUR
