Registered Nurse (RN) Field Case Supervisor (Road Warrior Wanted)
Brightstar Care of Columbus | Franklin County, OH | Full-Time | $85,000 - $95,000/year**

We're looking for an RN who genuinely likes being out in the community, someone who's energized by seeing 5-6 clients a day, thrives on variety, and knows how to run an efficient, warm visit without letting it turn into a two-hour coffee chat.

This is a true field position. You'll spend roughly 95% of your time on the road across Franklin County opening new cases and completing supervisory visits for our home care clients. If your ideal workday involves your car, your tablet, and real face time with clients and caregivers, not a nursing station, not a cubicle, then keep reading. 

What you'll actually do:

• conduct start-of-care assessments and open new cases across our full range of programs (private pay, Medicaid waiver, Franklin County Senior Options, VA, and more)
• Complete 60- and 90-day supervisory visits, keeping our caregivers supported and our clients thriving
• Move visits along with efficiency and genuine warmth...clients should feel cared for, and your schedule should stay on track
• Complete your documentation same-day. We'll give you the tools and the autonomy, you bring the discipline
• Serve as a clinical resource and friendly face for field staff and families

What we're looking for:

• Active Ohio RN license and a clean driving record with reliable transportation
• Home care, home health, or hospice field experience strongly preferred; you should already know the rhythm of a productive visit day
• A personality that opens doors: clients, families, and caregivers should be glad to see your name on the schedule
• Comfortable with technology and timely, accurate documentation (this is non-negotiable; great field nurses who can't finish their paperwork don't last here, and we're honest about that up front)
• Self-starter who manages their own route and calendar like a pro

Schedule and Pay:

• $85,000-95,000 annually, based on experience
• Monday-Friday core schedule
• Occasional evening or weekend visits when that's what works for a family (flexibility goes both ways here)
• Full benefits package: health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement
