Machine Operator

Your Role & Responsibilities Operates automated machinery and robotic equipment. Performs set up, changeover, troubleshooting and adjustments on machine tool and automation as required. High School Diploma or GED. Availability to work any shift and overtime as needed is required. Compensation And Benefits Competitive pay and benefits. Shift premium up to $2/hr above hourly rate depending on shift. Double time on Sundays (Varies by shift schedule). Holiday & vacation pay. 401(k) matching. Your Skills & Strengths Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, twist, see and hear; use hands to handle, feel, grasp, hold and maneuver; as well as reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb stairs / ladders and speak. The employee is seldom required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. The employee must occasionally move with a manual or electric pallet jack or mechanical device (utility cart, etc.) 50 or more pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distant vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
