CNC Machinist


Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour


We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming and machining experience, be proficient with Mastercam , and be comfortable operating both CNC and manual machinery.


This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise work.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
• Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam
• Operate both CNC and manual machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
• Perform accurate measurements and inspections throughout the machining process
• Use machinist measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Work with measurements in both standard (SAE) and metric systems
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established quality control and safety procedures
• Complete work efficiently while meeting production and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist required
• Must be capable of programming with Mastercam
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
• Experience operating both CNC and manual machines
• Proficient with machinist measuring devices, including tools such as:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Gauges
  • Other precision measuring instruments
• Ability to accurately measure and work in both metric and standard measurements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• $20.00-$30.00/hour , based on experience and skill level
• 1st shift
• Full-time position
