Position Overview:

The Surgery Center Administrator is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the facility. This role ensures efficient delivery of surgical services that exceed patient expectations while improving both clinical outcomes and financial performance. The Administrator works closely with physicians, staff, and the Governing Board to maintain high quality standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the facility
Report key operational activities to the Governing Board at regular intervals
Appoint a responsible designee during Administrator absence
Plan and manage facility services and operational workflows
Lead overall management in accordance with operating or partnership agreements
Present and lead discussions during Monthly Operations Review calls with USPI Home Office

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Industry Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a management role within an ASC or hospital surgical environment

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
