Sr. Scientist, Process Dev & Automation

Responsibilities

- Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally on implementation stages
- Edit controlled documents and recommend cost-effective procedure changes to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in clinical or related scientific field
- Experience with lab automation, workflow validation, and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in user acceptance testing and laboratory information systems
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for process evaluation
- Ability to work autonomously and manage moderately complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FDA, CLIA, and CAP
