Civil Project Manager Greater Chicago Area | $85,000-$115,000 + Bonus + ESOP I'm partnering with a well-established, employee-owned consulting engineering firm seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its growing team in the Greater Chicago area. This is an outstanding opportunity for a civil engineer looking to lead diverse site development projects while building a long-term career with a stable, growth-oriented organization. What You'll Do Manage commercial and residential site development projects from design through construction. Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal project teams. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to successful project delivery.
