Job Title: Assistant Operations I Address: Monroeville, PA Job Description Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment. Maintain stock in the warehouse area in a clean and organized manner. Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts. Assist in the packing and shipping of medications; track shipped packages. Organize shipping reports for review by Branch Manager. Manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods to SOP guidelines. Learn computer systems and operate MS Word and Excel programs. Critical Information Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (3rd shift). In-person interviews are required. This position is physically demanding and requires lifting up to 50 pounds. Education/Licenses Needed High School Diploma or GED required. Starting 6/1/26 - Pharmacy technician license required (trainee license acceptable).
