Our mission is to plant the seeds of faith early through nurturing care, simple learning activities, and Biblical principles.Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable, warm-hearted Nursery Teacher to join our team! If you have a background in Early Childhood Education and a passion for caring for young children in a faith-filled environment, we would love to meet you. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading simple Bible-based activities and can commit consistently to Sundays and Thursdays, 4 hours per day.QualificationsResponsibilities:Provide loving, age-appropriate care for children ages 0 to 6Lead simple faith-based activities, songs, and Bible lessonsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized nursery environmentChange diapers, assist with toileting, and manage classroom transitionsEngage with children through play, stories, and musicFollow all health, safety, and sanitation proceduresCommunicate kindly and professionally with parents and staffArrive on time and be consistently present for assigned daysQualifications:At least 1 year of experience in early childhood care, preschool, or church nurseryBackground in Early Childhood Education (preferred)Strong understanding of child development and classroom safetyComfortable incorporating Christian teachings and faith-based valuesCPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)Dependable, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with childrenSchedule:Sundays: 7:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.4 hours per day (8 hours per week total)Additional hours available if desired (up to 28 hours per week)To Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief statement sharing why you're passionate about working with children in a faith-based environment!
