Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
• CTC (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing) credential preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly desired
• Comfort working with preschool through 8th grade, including students with significant support needs
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel between 3-4 school sites
• Excellent organizational skills for managing a caseload of up to 55 students

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with a range of disabilities
• Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and provide input for individualized education plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, service providers, and school teams
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress, attendance, and therapy activities
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet varied student needs in both individual and small group settings
• Participate in meetings and professional development relevant to student care
