In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment to ensure high-quality output while meeting production timelines. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Previous production or quality certifications are a plus

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery to produce high-quality products in a timely manner
• Assist with machine setup and ensure proper configuration for each job
• Review work orders and production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.)
• Identify defects and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards
• Maintain accurate production and operational records
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements
Ability to work overtime when required.
