Hiring HVAC Service Technicians for Residential & Commercial Sites | Competitive Weekly Pay & Benefits!

Job Description: We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, oil furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance needs with customers.
• Complete service documentation and follow all safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of HVAC service experience in the field.
• Must own basic hand toolsHVAC certification(s) and/or technical degree(s) are ideal.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment: Work throughout the local Southeastern PA, NJ, DE. On average, technicians handle 3–5 calls daily and receive hands-on training before being assigned a company vehicle. Standard hours are 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with an on-call rotation every six weeks. Work may be performed in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sharon Hill, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
