Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Industrial Real Estate Broker based in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. The Broker will identify and engage potential clients and properties, negotiate and close real estate transactions, and develop sales strategies to maximize value for clients. Responsibilities also include market research, property valuation, lead generation, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other real estate professionals. The role requires collaboration with the internal team to achieve client objectives within competitive timelines. Qualifications Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, including property valuation and transaction management Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to support client engagement and negotiation Proficiency in Real Property laws and regulations Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Proven experience in industrial real estate is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Valid real estate license in the state of Illinois is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Wisdom Capital Group
