Real Estate Associate

I’m partnering with a Chicago law firm that is looking to add a mid-level or senior associate to its Real Estate group. The role is focused primarily on sophisticated commercial leasing, with work across office, industrial, and retail properties. The group represents landlords, tenants, REITs, institutional owners, managers, developers, and other corporate users. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related documents Handle both landlord- and tenant-side leasing matters Work across office, industrial, and retail assets Manage transactions with increasing independence Assist with related acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and joint venture matters Qualifications 3–8 years of commercial real estate experience Meaningful experience with commercial leasing Office leasing experience is preferred Ability to manage matters with limited supervision Strong drafting, communication, and client-facing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Verital Advisory Search
