Job Description Job Description Automatic Silk Screen Operator (6-Color) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automatic Silk Screen Operator to run our 6-color automatic press. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end screen printing process—from high-precision multi-color setup to high-volume production and quality inspection. Key Responsibilities • Press Setup: Set up and calibrate our 6-color automatic press, including registering screens, adjusting squeegee pressure, and setting stroke speeds. • Production Management: Run high-volume production jobs efficiently on automatic equipment while maintaining consistent print quality. • Multi-Color Registration: Align complex, multi-color designs perfectly across garments and textiles to prevent bleeding or shifting. • Quality Control: Inspect prints continuously during high-speed production runs to catch and correct defects instantly. • Tear-Down & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the automatic press, clean screens, and safely break down jobs for the next run. Required Qualifications • Automatic Press Experience: Proven experience setting up and operating a multi-color automatic screen printing press. • Technical Skill: Deep understanding of mesh counts, multi-color registration, squeegee/floodbar adjustments, and flash curing. • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional eye for detail to maintain color accuracy and print consistency during fast-paced runs. • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift production materials in a dynamic shop environment \nCompany Description Printing, screen printing and embroidery Company Description Printing, screen printing and embroidery
