This role will own service performance, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth, while leading a team of technicians and coordinators in a fast-paced security integration environment. What you’ll be doing Theresponsibilitiesof this position will involve managing the service department operations to ensure customer satisfaction including business growth through marketing and customer visits. This position is one we hold in high regardin order toprovidethe level ofserviceexcellenceour customersexpect anddeserve. Specific duties to include: Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Field Service Technicians and Coordinators, driving performance, productivity, and career growth. Manage service contracts. Establish and maintain subcontractor relationships around the country. Partner with sales and independently drive new service contract growth through customer relationships, site visits, and identification of upsell opportunities. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service to clients. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, management or related field or relevant security industry management experience, specific to service or operations Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Previous supervisory/management experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Additional Skills Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers, vendorsand to those within the company.
