Position Title: Welder/Fabricator (Mid-Level)

Description:

As a Welder/Fabricator at Prestressed Concrete, you will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing your expertise to the fabrication of prestressed, precast, and hollowcore concrete products. This position is designed for individuals with 2-3 years or more of welding experience, who are ready to advance their careers in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate with our skilled welding team, utilizing your knowledge to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques proficiently to assemble metal components in accordance with project specifications and blueprints.
• Ensure the integrity and strength of welds by conducting thorough visual inspections and adhering to welding standards and procedures.
• Uphold strict safety protocols to promote a secure working environment for yourself and team members.
• Assist in the setup and organization of welding materials and equipment, contributing to team efficiency and productivity.
• Work alongside peers to address welding challenges promptly, ensuring project timelines are met with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area, including equipment maintenance and workspace tidiness.

Qualifications:
